EJ and Danielle Hawai'i Roots
OG Poke AZ is proudly owned by EJ and Danielle, who were both born and raised in Hawaii. For them, this business is a way to share the flavors, traditions, and spirit of home with the Arizona community.
After taking over this location, EJ and Danielle have focused on growing the business while staying true to its Hawaiian roots and the recipes guests have come to know and love. Their goal is to create a welcoming place where every customer can enjoy fresh food, local-inspired flavors, and a genuine connection to Hawaii.
Today, OG Poke AZ continues to celebrate that heritage while building something that feels personal to EJ and Danielle and special for the community they serve.
Portland First, Scottsdale Next
OG Poke launched in January 2025 near Portland State University and sold out daily almost immediately. That same energy — and the same recipes — are now right here in south Scottsdale.

Poke bowls built from traditional recipes, plate lunches with kalua pork and Mochiko chicken, and poke by the pound — every item handcrafted fresh, every single day.
Two Tables, Real Ohana
The Scottsdale shop has just two tables — and that's intentional. Staff greet every guest like ohana, offer samples before you order, and check in while you eat.
